Top Commercial Transactions: Xcel adds land to training center site in Hugo

Northern States Power Co., a subsidiary of Xcel Energy, closed July 17 on a $1.2 million cash deal to acquire a 15-acre site directly north of the 10.5-acre training center site that shares the same address.
